Insulin needle automatic packaging production line

AIPAK Insulin needle automatic packaging production line is used to assemble insulin needles that are used for diabetics.The whole production line is fully automatic that can produce  more than 30,000pcs per hour(High performance type) with 3 operators only. Firstly cannulas are assembled with hubs. Secondly flawless cannulas are selected through multi-camera inspection and eject section. And wrapping papers are printed. Finally the final products are packed with the printed papers.On request inner box packing line can be added to the pen needle assembly line.
