AIPAK APK-Q5-60 rotary protein powder filling machine has high production efficiency and speed. Even under very strict production requirements, the rotary filling system continuously distributes materials into rotating multi-station funnels. The bottles are under the funnels, and each bottle corresponds to a funnel. Unequally spaced screws and star shaped turntables evenly correspond to the bottles under each funnel, rotating and vibrating synchronously. The screw metering machine accurately fills the materials into the funnel, Then, the material falls from the funnel into the bottle within three-quarters of the rotation time of the star turntable, especially suitable for various powder and small particle materials with small bottle diameters but high packaging speed requirements.
