AIPAK APK-Q1-DT protein powder filling machine is mainly developed and designed for ultra-fine powders that are prone to dust and high-precision packaging requirements. It can complete automatic positioning and lifting of bottles, filling and metering, etc. It is composed of a weighing screw filling machine, a chain conveyor belt, and a pneumatic positioning device. Based on the signal provided by the weight sensor installed under the container, it completes dual speed filling, metering, and lifting, etc. This protein powder is most suitable for packaging additives, carbon powder, fire extinguisher dry powder, other ultrafine powders, and powders with high-precision packaging requirements.

FEATURE

1.The bracket is installed on a weight sensor and filled quickly and slowly according to the pre-set weight. A high reaction speed weighing system ensures high packaging accuracy.

2.The servo motor drives the tray to lift and lower, and the lifting speed can be set arbitrarily. During filling, there is basically no dust emission that pollutes the environment.

3.Servo motor and servo drive control screw, stable performance and high accuracy.

4.PLC control, touch screen human-machine interface display, easy to operate.

5.All stainless steel structure. The combination or open type material box is very convenient for cleaning.

6.The filling head is equipped with a hand wheel to adjust the height, making it easy to achieve multiple specifications of packaging.

7.The fixed screw installation structure does not affect the material properties during filling.

8.Work process: Filling containers entering through the conveyor belt → positioning and raising → rapid filling while the filled containers descend→ weight reaches the predetermined value → slow filling → weight reaches the target value → discharge

9.Two working modes can be switched, quantitative or real-time weighing. quantitative mode has fast speed but slightly poor accuracy, while real-time weighing mode has high accuracy but slightly slower speed.
