AIPAK Apk-ALM1530 flat surface automatic labeling machine is suitable for various sizes of products on flat surface.And for paper and the like.Equipped with bottles separation mechanism or pages separation mechanism ,the automatic labeler will make the objects feeding equidistantly.This automatic labeling machine can also add seperate and close parts in front or use together with previous produce line.Adopt rolling wheels press bottles It can make the labels more firmly.The stepping or servo motor adopted as the main motor (according to customer s need).

FEATURE

1.With high quality electric eye which can detect label stickers accurately,each label stickers can be controlled well,prevent from missing or wasting label stickers,improve labeling quality.

2.It is suitable for flat surface products which is smaller than 300mm(W)*500mm(H).The brush can ensure there is no bubble under stickers,improve labeling effect.

3.High sensitivity sensor,it can detect the labeling object when the labeling object pass by.It is more accurate than the normal sensor,this widen the application range,make the machine suitable for packaging bags and paper.

4.Wider and more smooth conveyor belt can transport labeling object stably and faster,save production labor and reduce production error.
