AIPAK AKBL series ampoule filling line

AIPAK AKBL series ampoule filling line can be also called ampoule bottle washing ,sterilization, filling and sealing line,consists of AKCA vertical ultrasonic bottle washer, AKDH hot air circulation sterilization tunnel and AKA type ampoule filling and sealing machine.The ampoule filling line can be used in combination or in a single machine.It can complete water spray filling,ultrasonic cleaing and flushing (internal and external),CA flushing(internal and externa),preheating,drying and sterilizing to remove pyrogen,cooling,before and after nitrogen,sealing after preheating,sealing and other processes.

AIPAK Ampoule filling line can meet the size ranging from 1-20ml ampoule of washing,drying and sterilizing to remove pyrogen,filling and sealing requirements of the production process.

FEATURE

The ampoule fillingline is used for the joint production of ampoule bottle cleaning, sterilization and filling in small volume injection workshop (the machine can be commissioned on a single machine). The design of the whole machine has reached the advanced level at home and abroad, with reasonable structure, high automation, stable and reliable operation, high production efficiency and mechatronics.
The material used for contacting liquid medicine fluid is 316L stainless steel; the rest is SUS304 material, with matt stainless steel plate on the outside. The overall design and manufacture meet the requirements of the new GMP.
The ampoule fillingline is composed of vertical ultrasonic cleaner, sterilization dryer and ampoule filling and sealing machine. It has the design mechanism and components of linkage coordination, stepless speed regulation and accurate control to ensure the realization of process requirements.
The ampoule fillingline has the advantages of high production speed, high yield, running of operation and maintenance side.
The ampoule fillingline is equipped with various safety devices, which can ensure the safety of operators and the integrity of the machine.
The whole ampoule fillingline equipment is controlled by PLC, and the single machine has touch screen operation to realize programmed production.
There is a buffer device at the connection between the single machine in the linkage line, which runs reliably and smoothly.
The ampoule fillingline has the function of no filling without bottles.
The ampoule fillingline has a centralized oil supply system to solve the problem of refueling at various lubrication points.
