The Italy capsule counting production line project is for a public pharmaceutical company,who original mainly manufacturing semi-synthetic penicillin for over 30 years.Have been the market leader in semi-synthetic penicillin for so many years,the company wanted to launch a new factory with manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients and formulation products.So the cutsomer Mr.Ramprasad searched online and consulted with many companies,after several time’s comparsion and communication,he was satisified with our professionalism and patience and chose us.

Capsules is the best way of taking active pharmaceutical ingredients and go into effectiveness,so we have recommended capsules manufacturing to Mr.Ramprasad.He accepted and told us his new factory layout,we made the 3D drawing for him.

For the uniform mixing of the active pharmaceutical ingredients after crushing,we designed two sets of V-type of mixer machines for him.

Then as the factory layout and initial production capacity requirement,Mr.Ramprasad ordered the double-head semi-automatic capsule filling machine to complete the active pharmaceutical ingredients filled into capsules.

To package the filled capsules into bottles and intergrated with the semi-automatic capsule filling machine,we designed a low speed capsule counting production line with APC-A100 Bottle unscrambler,APC-12 Tablet Counting Machine,APC-D902 Capping Machine,APC-M1 Sealing Machine,APC-T1 Labeling Machine.
