The effervescent production and packing line project is for one of Iran greatest private own pharmaceutical manufacturing company,the company produced all kinds of pharmaceutical products supply to the middle east,and after years’ generation,the company had also expanded its manufacturing to the food section and launched many factories in Iran.The customer Mr.Raul is the purchasing manager who original received a report from its marketing department,then decided to produce the nutrition supplement effervescent tablet.
At the begining,Mr.Raul,even didn’t know the tube dimension to packing the effervescent tablets,after several times’ negotiation,we got their actual needs and gave him a complete effervescent tablet producing and packing line.

Mr.Raul ordered a ZPW25 effervescent tablet press machine from us ,that the machine can produce 30000 effervescent tablets per minutes.

To intergrate with the effervescent tablet press machine,Mr Raul ordered our APK-60 effervescent tube filling machine with a cover that pack 60 bottles per minute.The machine not only compliance with GMP requirements,but also make the to be packed effervescent tablets get rid of contamination or dust,which is taken high importance by Mr Raul’s factory.
