It is worth mentioning that in the process of using the induction sealing machine, in order to ensure the stable operation of the equipment, you need to scientifically master the operation methods, and understand some precautions and abnormal situation handling methods.

First, it should be noted that the electromagnetic induction sealing machine is not suitable for metal containers and metal caps, and it is not allowed to put the equipment on the metal table and press the start button, otherwise the machine will be damaged.
Second, before the equipment is powered on, you needs to insert the inductive aviation plug and lock the screw.
Third,you should use single-phase three wire power line. In order to ensure your safety, you should use single-phase three wire power socket, and the ground of the workplace must be dry to maintain insulation.
Fourth, the equipment is generally equipped with the automatic protection function of temperature overheating. When the temperature in the machine is overheated, the indicator light will be on.
At this time, the main switch of the power supply should be turned off. After the cooling buzzer stops in standby, it can continue to work.
Fifthly, during the operation of the equipment, you should often touch the surface of the sensor head to check whether it is overheated. If it is found that it is hot, stop heating and wait for it to cool before working.
Sixth, if the wire is exposed before using, stop using the machine and wait for maintenance before using. In addition, the equipment shall not be impacted or heavily pressed during use.

Insufficient heat sealing temperature
Generally, when the total thickness of the composite bag made of OPP is 80 ~ 90 μ M, the heat sealing temperature should reach 170 ~ 180 ℃; The total thickness of composite bags with PE as lining is 85 ~ 100 μ M, the temperature should be controlled at 180 ~ 200 ℃. As long as the total thickness of the bag is increased, the heat sealing temperature must be increased accordingly.
Too fast heat sealing speed
The failure to seal the mouth is also related to the speed. If the speed is too fast, the sealing part is transferred by the traction roller to the cold pressing part for cooling treatment before heating, which naturally fails to meet the quality requirements of heat sealing.
The pressure of cold pressed rubber wheel is not appropriate
There is one cold pressed rubber wheel at the top and one at the bottom, and the pressure between them should be moderate. When adjusting the pressure, you only need to clamp the spring.
There is a problem with the quality of heat sealing film
The failure of sealing is also related to the quality of heat sealing film. If the corona treatment of composite lining is uneven, the effect is not good, and it happens to appear at the sealing place, it must not be sealed.
While this situation is rare, but once it occurs, the product is bound to be scrapped. Therefore, in the color printing and packaging industry, it is the next process to supervise the previous process. Once a quality problem is found, the cause must be analyzed and solved in time.
If there is water and dirt at the seal, it will also cause poor sealing.
In short, to solve the problem of poor sealing, we can generally appropriately increase the heat sealing temperature, reduce the heat sealing speed, and increase the pressure of the cold pressed rubber wheel at the same time.
Under the pressure of the sealing knife, the mouth of the bag is sealed, but if it is squeezed or torn with a little force, the seal will crack again; The main reasons for this failure are as follows:
Insufficient heat sealing temperature
The problem can be solved by appropriately increasing the heat sealing temperature.
The cutting surface of the heat sealing knife is not smooth enough
The heat sealing knife is divided into upper and lower pieces. Usually, the thermoelectric coupling is installed in it to sense the transmission of temperature. There are three screws on the heat sealing knife. The middle screw plays the role of supporting and strengthening the blade. The other two screws are equipped with pressure springs and gaskets, which are mainly used to adjust the pressure of the heat sealing knife. The upper and lower blades have two springs respectively.
The main reason for the unevenness of the cutting surface of the heat sealing knife is that the intermediate screw is installed obliquely, not horizontally; Or the pressure spring of the upper heat sealing knife is uneven.
When the peeling test is carried out on the sealing part, half of the sealing is firm and half of the sealing is separated. The sealing quality of such bags is still unqualified, because the contents are easy to leak out after being squeezed during storage and transportation. This situation often occurs when the composite lining is OPP or blow molded PE.
