The new shampoo filling line project is for one pharmaceutical company from Attica,Greece,the customer Mr.Athanasios is the QC manager,his company has long history that originally manufacturing all kinds of pharmaceutical or herbal products which have medical as well as health-care effects.From 2018,his company wanted to try to manufacture one kind of functional shampoo that can prevent hair loss and nourish the scalp.

As previously,Mr.Athanasios has purchased the automatic capsule filling machine from us,so he consult with us again,we designed a U-shape production line regarding his factory total area and layout.

As the production capcity requirement from Mr.Athanasios,we designed a semi-automatic bottle unscrambler and the critical main double head servo filling machine for him.

Later we designed the vibrating disk,pressure capping machine,screw capping machine to assist the bottle capping process,and close behind the round bottle labeling machine.

As Mr.Athanasios is from QC department that had strict quality control,we designed the weight testing machine with the bottle clamping machine ahead.

After 45 days’ deliver time,the whole production line was put into production,As Mr.Athanasios was quite satisfied with scheme we have done for him,as the U-shape design not only reduce the space required but also help him achieve maximum production efficiency as well as increase the employee’s productivity.
