DW Series Vegetables Bag For Noodles Continuous Mesh Belt Dryer
AIPAK DW series mesh belt dryer is suitable for elephant grass, alfalfa grass, tree feed, barley straw, oat straw, rye straw, straw, sorghum straw, corn straw, potato vines, bean stalk drying and other forage feed drying. The mesh belt forage dryer is mainly used to prolong the storage period of forage (forage, straw and other green feed), avoid the poisoning of feeding livestock, and preserve the nutritional value of forage (forage, straw and other green feed). The forage water content can be reduced from 45-75% to 14-18%, which can be adjusted flexibly.
DW Series Mesh Belt Dryer Working Principle
The mesh belt dryer works by the materials that to be dried are distributed on the conveyor belt by feeding device. Conveyor belt will go through the channel that consists of one or several heating units. Each heating unit is equipped with air heating system and circulation system. And Each channel has one or several dehumidifying system. When the conveyor belt goes through it, hot air will pass though the material that on the belt from up to down or from down to up so that the material can be dried uniformly. Heating source can be steam, heat transfer oil, flue-gas or electricity. Fan is used for heat convection and transferring heat to material, and fresh air is supplied and damp air is exhausted. In the drying time cabinet, proper relative temperature and humidity can be kept.

4.The new internal structure strengthens the cleaning and heat conduction of the dispersed materials, eliminates the adhesion phenomenon of the conveyor belt, and has a stronger adaptability to the moisture and viscosity of the materials.
