Energy Saving Steam Heating Hollow Sludge Paddle Dryer
AIPAK sludge paddle dryer is a low-speed stirring dryer set in the equipment to make the wet material under the agitation of the blade, fully contact with the heat carrier and the hot surface so as to achieve the purpose of drying, the structure is generally horizontal, biaxial or four-axis. Paddle dryer is divided into hot air type and conduction type. In the hot air type, the heat carrier (such as hot air) is in contact with the dried material and is dried. In the conductive type, the heat carrier is not in direct contact with the dried material, but the hot surface is in contact with the material.

Petrochemical Industry: polyolefin powder, polycarbonate resin, high and low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, polyacetal particles, nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 12, acetate fiber, polyphenylene sulfide, propylene based resin, polypropylene, engineering plastics, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl alcohol, polystyrene, polyester, polyformaldehyde, styrene acrylonitrile copolymerization Ethylene Propylene Copolymerization.
Environmental protection industry: sludge, electroplating sewage sludge, boiler soot, sugar factory waste residue, pharmaceutical factory waste residue, monosodium glutamate factory waste residue and coal ash.
Feed industry: soy sauce residue, bone based feed, distiller’s grains, food leftovers, apple residue, orange peel, soybean meal, chicken bone feed, fish meal, feed additives, biological residue mud.
Food industry: starch, cocoa beans, corn kernels, salt, modified starch and drugs.
Chemical industry: soda ash, nitrogen phosphorus potassium compound fertilizer, kaolin, bentonite, white carbon black, carbon black, phosphogypsum, calcium sulfate, calcium nitrate, magnesium carbonate, sodium cyanide, sodium fluoride oxide, aluminum hydroxide, barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, molecular sieve, dye and saponin.
FEATURE
- Low energy consumption: due to indirect heating, there is no large amount of air to take away the heat, and the outer wall of the dryer is set with insulation layer, which only needs 1.2kg of water vapor to evaporate 1kg of slurry material.

- Wide range of processing materials: using different thermal media, it can handle both heat sensitive materials and materials requiring high temperature treatment. Common media: steam, heat conduction oil, hot water, cooling water and so on. It can be operated continuously or intermittently and can be used in many fields.
- Small environmental pollution: do not use carrying air, dust material entrainment is small. The material solvent evaporation
- Capacity is very small, easy to handle.The structure of closed-circuit cycle can be used for contaminated materials or solvent recovery.
- Low operating costs:small wear and tear, low maintenance costs.
- Stable operation: due to the special compression-expansion and stirring effect of wedge blade, the material particles are in full contact with the heat transfer surface. Within the axial range, the temperature, humidity and mixing degree gradient of the material are very small, thus ensuring the stability of the process.
