AIPAK DPH380S-DXH500S pharmaceutical medical blister packaging and cartoning linkage production line is suitable high-speed aluminum-plastic packaging of drugs, especially capsules, tablets and sugar coated tablets. It can automatically detect and remove wastes. The drug plates are automatically queued and transferred to the bin of high-speed automatic cartoning machine. The high-speed automatic cartoning machine loads the drug plates and instructions into the cartons and seals the boxes and prints the batch numbers. The whole process is fully automatic packaging, which can achieve the purpose of reducing the site and saving labor. It is highly automatic and clean ,and meet GMP requirements. It can be equipped with inspection board machine, inspection scale, baling machine, packing machine and stacking robot to form a complete set of production line system.

FEATURE

1.Dph-380s high-speed blister packaging machine (full servo) can be used for high-speed aluminum plastic and aluminum packaging of various regular drugs, including high-speed automatic feeding, and high-speed detection and waste removal.

2.Based on the design of the high-speed two-way and two bin flexible conveying system for saving consumables, 600 plates (plate 90 * 57) per minute can be stably queued in two ways and sent to the charging magazine, which can save more than 400000 consumables every year.

3.Use dxh-500s automatic box loader to achieve speed height matching.
