Step 1: Prepare medicines and packaging materials, replace batch templates, install PVC and aluminum foil, check cooling water, and clean equipment carefully.

Step 2: Turn on the power switch, switch on the compressed air.

Step 3: Press the heat button, and adjust the heating and heat sealing temperature control meter to the appropriate temperature.

Step 4: Pull the PVC hard sheet through the channel to the punch cutter, and the aluminum foil to the heat sealing plate.

Step 5: When the heating plate and heat sealing plate rise to the appropriate temperature, adjust the cooling temperature meter to the appropriate temperature (generally 30℃).

Step 6: When the drug is covered with the whole blanking track, press the green button of the motor to run empty. When the foaming, heat sealing and blanking meet the requirements, press the vibration button of the pill bucket and the planetary cloth switch.

Step 7: Adjust the feeding so that the feeding meets the requirements, and then carry out normal packaging.

Step 8: After packing, shut down the machine in the following order: press the shutdown button of the pill bucket -- press the red button of the motor -- the main engine stops -- close the main power switch -- close the inlet valve -- close the inlet valve. Then clean up the machine and the site, and maintain the packaging equipment.

Changes in material thickness

This may affect the integrity of the blister packing machine packaging, thus forming a complete barrier around different products. In addition, the quality of the material may lead to changes in the thickness of the material; You can solve this problem by considering uniform material thickness and programming the machine appropriately.

Lack of products in the cavity

This may be the result of faulty parts in the blister packing machine or high speed filling of parts into the cavity. You can solve this problem by fixing the damaged part (such as the steering roller) to properly fill the cavity. You should also adjust the speed of the steering wheel from the control panel.

Improper sealing

First, check whether the PVC sheet is qualified or has air holes.

Second, whether the surface of the forming mold is clean without foreign matter, whether the forming hole is smooth, whether the air hole is unobstructed.

Third, whether there are burrs and other foreign bodies on the surface of the heating device to scratch the heated PVC or adhesion PVC

Fourth, whether there is a gap between the upper and lower heating plates.

If there is a whole row or regular one or more columns of bubble hood forming, the forming part is full, it needs to be checked from the following aspects:

First, whether the heating temperature degree reaches the set value before forming.

Second, before forming, the heating plate is not parallel to the forming mold or the distance between the heating plate and forming mold exceeds the plate blister distance.

Third, the heated PVC runs against the lower mold, resulting in cold contraction of PVC;

Fourth, the forming upper and lower heating plates are not parallel to each other, resulting in uneven heating at one end.

Fifth, whether the compressed air formed by positive pressing is clean and dry, whether the pressure is lower than 0.4mpa during operation, and whether the pipeline has abnormal loss;

Sixth, the pressure of the plate positive pressing molding mold is insufficient or the PVC belt is not clamped in parallel to check whether there is air leakage phenomenon;
