The bottle filling weighting packaging line project is for a spain factory that already has a full counting line,and counting and packaging various kind of health-care,nutrition products,the customer Mr.Aniket wanted to expand his production capacity,he was looking for low-cost but high efficient counting machine.

At the beginning,Mr.Aniket was looking for an Europe supplier,however,after several times’s comparsion,he found the machines from Europe exceed his budget.Then after one of his friends’ recommendation,he contacted with us.

Originally,we quote the tablet counting mahcine for him,he satisified with that while found his other machines on the line can’t intergrated with our machine,so he re-asked quote for the whole bottle filling packaging line.

As the production capacity Mr.Aniket required,we designed a JF-2000 high-speed automatic bottle unscrambler,JF-32 electronic tablet counting machine,JF-C120 dessicant inserting machine,JF-D902 screw capping machine,JF-M1 industion sealing machine for him,he accepted that scheme.

A weighting machine was designed for Mr.Aniket said his factory has high accuracy to the weight of each bottle after packaging,since his factory has been the industry for over 30 years,many of his long-term partner are local pharmacies who attached high importance to the quality of the porducts.

Last,the a bottle receiver was designed to place the finished bottles in order,that saved the lavor cost as well as good for the later cartoing packaging.
