APKRL-GD-ZK130G Full Automatic Vacuum Premade Pouch Filling Machine

AIPAK APKRL-GD-ZK130G Fully automatic vacuum premade pouch filling machine can use a manipulator to automatically take out the vacuum packaging bag, automatically open it, automatically print the production date and batch number, automatically load materials, and automatically vacuum packaging. It completely realizes unmanned operation and truly realizes automatic packaging.

The vacuum premade pouch filling machine is controlled by Siemens PLC in Germany. Its man-machine interface uses Siemens in Germany, which can monitor the whole machine. If there are abnormal conditions such as empty bag and not on the bag, PLC can judge the abnormal conditions, and then output abnormal signals to control the packaging machine to take corresponding measures to avoid waste of materials and packaging bags.

Full automatic bag feeding vacuum packaging series can meet various functions and materials.
The rotary automatic bag feeding vacuum packaging machine is composed of two separate rotary bodies (filling system and vacuum system respectively). The filling system is intermittent rotary operation, and the vacuum system is continuous rotary movement.
