AIPAK APC-4 pill counter machine is a semi-automatic counting and bottle filling machine for capsule, tablets, soft gel capsule, and pills. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, herbal, food and chemical industries.The number of pellet counted by this automatic pill counter machine can be arbitrarily set up among 0-9999.Stainless steel material for whole machine body can meet with GMP specification.It is easy to operate and no special training required.
This pill counter machine has precision pellet count with special electrical eye protection device.It has rotary counting design with fast and smooth operation.Its rotary pellet counting speed can be adjusted with steples according to the bottle putting speed manually.The interior of the machine is equipped with dust cleaner to avoid the dust effect on the machine.With vibration feeding design, the vibration frequency of the particle hopper can be adjusted with stepless based on the needs of the medical pellet out put.
Once start with one bottle,it will automatically count the next when finished,it is easy to pick up and put down the bottle by hand.
FEATURE
The number of grains can be set arbitrarily from 0 to 9999. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, in line with GMP requirements. Easy to operate without special training. Special electric eye protection device, code can save the code, rotary counting design, counting speed, stable operation.
The rotation speed of the number of grains can be adjusted according to the speed of manual bottle. The machine is equipped with a dust collecting device, which can avoid the shadow of dust on the machine. The vibration frequency of the granule storage tank can be adjusted according to the need of granule sending.
