Mr.Riya is the successor of his family business,from his grandfather,his famoliy runs a huge nutrition factory that export high nutritional products all over the world.Originally,they bought the gummy making machine from Germany,in 2021,Mr.Riya browsed our advertisement online and found us.
As Mr.Riya has many years’ experience in gummy manufacturing,initially,he raised a lots of queries about our qualification,however after times’ negotiation,through three months’ dissusion and improvement of our senior engineer,and as our over 10 years’ gummy production experience,he was conquered by our professionalism and good service and accpeted our scheme.
This time Mr Riya wanted to expand his manufacturing,so we designed a full automatic large scale 1 ton gummy production line for him,that all process can be completed automatically with only two workers required.

We designed an automatic sugar elevator and a full automatic weighting system with 3 300L dissolving cookers for this gummy production line,with which Mr.Riya saved a lot of manpower and got high efficent cooking of his raw materials.
Syrup boiling is required before making gummies,so a 2 ton glucose syrup storage tank is designed to this production line to hold the syrup and keep the temperature.
A 2 300L vacuum gelatin dissolving tanks,600L gelatin storgae tank with 1 ton coolng tank,1 ton storage tank are here designed to assit the huge amouts of gelatin to dissolve,cool and storage for the next procedure.
Next,a CFA(color/flavor/acid) &active ingredients adding and mixting system was also designed for him to add different ingredients and recipes.
A 1000kg gummy depositing was designed for the huge amouts of gummy despositing with a 10PH cooling tunnel.
Apart from these auxiliary devices included in this production line,this project,we have also made some upgrades to the details like nowsadays,the operator on Mr Riya’s factory praised now it ws quick and easy to change the mold over the link type compared with the original snap spring type.
As Mr.Riya’s clients tasty varies,we have designed 9 kinds of gummy molds for him to make various shapes gummy candies.
